What clothing is appropriate for the convertible in Madrid?
The climate in Madrid is really dry, Madrid is consistently sunny so it's recommended you bring sunglasses and sunscreen, especially in summer. Winter months could be cold but with a good coat and a GoCar blanket you can enjoy your tour as well.

How long does the tour take?
The tour can take as long as you like – that's the whole point. You go at your own pace, not the pace set by a tour bus operator. As you go, you're choosing the attractions you want to stop and see. You can take the tour in as little as one hour if your time is limited. You can also make it a leisurely day trip if you'd rather, stopping to explore attractions or museums along the way. It's totally your choice. If you're having the time of your life, keep exploring! It's a fantastic city and there is plenty to see. The average tour duration is 2 hrs 30 min.

Can I go out of the city or to the airport?
No, the GoCar is only 49cc and classified as a Cyclo-motor so can not go on any highways or motorways. The tour is designed to get you all over Madrid and to all the key sights without the need to go on the highways.

What do I need to take a GoCar?
You just need to be over 21 years old and hold a driving license. Before starting, friendly staff will take you through a vehicle briefing and then you will be ready to go.

Can I go on a GoCar with my children?
You can go with a child over 7 years old. They can sit next to you, but never on your knees!!

What do I do if I get lost?
First of all, you have to be calm. Besides the GoCar is ready to explain to you what to do in case you don´t take the correct way. You'll get a map when you are going to start which can help you in cases like this.

It´s raining the day I have booked the GoCar, what happens?
Don’t worry, your reservation can be changed for another day.

Important information:

~ A deposit of approximately $400.00 per car is required by credit card or cash (deposit amount subject to change). If it's cash, the CDW (collision damage waiver) extra insurance (which is approximately $10.00) is compulsory. If the vehicle is returned undamaged, the deposit will be cancelled or given back when the tour is over.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
