Important Notes:

The US Department of the Interior has instituted a "no bags" policy at the Arizona Memorial and Visitor's Center. Passengers may not carry any item that offers concealment. This includes purses, handbags, backpacks, diaper bags, etc. A small camera is permitted. Please bring vital items in a manner that they can be placed in your pockets. Bag storage is available for $3.00 (cash only), which is subject to change. Do not leave valuables on the bus.

Due to enhanced security measures, the Navy has increased its security checks to enter Ford Island. All visitors must have legal form of identification to enter the island to get to the USS Missouri and the Pacific Aviation Museum. You may be rejected entrance on the vehicles if you do not have your identification. State and federal ID, drivers license or a passport is acceptable. Credit card ID and school ID are not acceptable. Young children are an exception to the ID requirements.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
