Your tour begins in A Coruna, where you will spend the morning visiting and exploring the old city declared a Historical Artistic Monument. There you will visit the Archaeology and History Museum Castle of San Anton. Formerly a fortress and prison, the museum provides insight into the region's Prehistoric, Roman, and Iron Age.

Then take in the view from the Tower of Hercules, a Roman lighthouse which still guides travelers at sea. Stop to enjoy a delicious three course Galician lunch accompanied by local wine.

Then you will visit the grandness of the Maria Pita Plaza, the Town Hall, and visit the elaborate cruceiro "stone cross" designed by Domingo de Andrade. You will also have some leisure time to enjoy the cobblestone streets of the old city.

Betanzos is your final stop, the old capital of Galicia that was built over the castro of Untia. The town was designated as a historical-artistic patrimony in 1970. There you will spend time visiting landmarks from the 14th century, the Bendana Palace, and the Plaza of Garcia Hermanos.
