E-Ticket Retrieval

Fill out the form below to retrieve your E-Ticket. Enter the date of your tour/activity plus either your Reservation ID Number (can be found on your receipt) or the email address you used when placing your order.

E-Tickets are ready no later than 10 days prior to your tour/activity or within 72 hours (if tour/activity is in less than 10 days). If you cannot retrieve your E-Ticket, please contact us.
