An E-Ticket is called a voucher by some. The terms mean the same thing – a document presented to a designated company or person in lieu of payment. Your E-Ticket is your proof of payment.
How do I get my E-Ticket?
E-Tickets are processed as quickly as possible. You should receive your E-Ticket no later than 10 days prior to your tour/activity or within 72 hours (if tour/activity is in less than 10 days). Once you've purchased a tour/activity, you will receive a “Reservation Receipt” email which is your payment receipt. THIS IS NOT THE E-TICKET and will not be accepted for admittance to the tour/activity. When your reservation is confirmed, we will email your E-Ticket as a courtesy; however, it is your responsibility to print your E-Ticket. If you lose or misplace your E-Ticket while traveling, you can also retrieve and print your E-Ticket online at anytime.
You must have the E-Ticket to take a tour or activity.
It is your responsibility to print the E-Ticket. Tour/activity operators will only accept the original printed E-Ticket and will not accept E-Tickets displayed on mobile phones. Tour/activity operators will not accept your Reservation Receipt for admittance. If you show up for a tour/activity without the E-Ticket, you will be denied admittance or have to pay again because you have no proof of payment. If you choose to pay again onsite, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for unused, lost, or misplaced E-Tickets.
For vacation packages, you will receive an individual E-Ticket for each component of your package. You must print the E-Ticket for each event and accommodation included in your package. If you fail to print and present your E-Ticket for any component, you will be charged on site for that portion of your package. There will be no refund for any unused E-Tickets provided by Alcatraz Media Inc.
